Microsoft way of creating VirtualMachines, which actuallly do a great VirtualMachine – But are not good to work with other Hardwares such as USB, PCI etc – But as a Default Server its also quite OK – since it can run on any windows Installation, and will perform great as a SQL server or FIle Server
